Accrual of Points
From the day you sign up, points start accruing in your VIP Club account. Remember, points cannot be applied retroactively, so start earning now!
Points Must Be Redeemed Within One Year
To keep your VIP Club points active, be sure to spend them within one (1) year of earning them. Points that have been sitting idle for one year will expire. For example, if you earned points on April 15, 2023, and they remain unused for a year, they will expire on April 15, 2024.
Who Can Join VIP Club?
The VIP Club program is available to all Creator’s Apothecary customers who are 18 years and older. If you have a customer account with us, you’re automatically enrolled in the VIP Club program. No purchase is necessary to join.
Using Your VIP Club Points
When you’re ready to cash in your points, you can apply them in increments of $5, $10, $15, $25, or $50 during the checkout process. You can redeem a maximum of 1400 points ($50 USD) towards a single purchase.
