30-DAY “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. We call this our “No Questions Asked” return policy because we genuinely care about your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a risk-free experience.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and let us know which product(s) you wish to return.
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and the return shipping address.

PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return under our policy, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The returned item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  3. Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation with the return package.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that are opened, partially used, damaged, or missing original packaging.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued promptly upon acceptance of the return. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

EXCEPTIONS

While we aim to accommodate every customer, certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. These products include but are not limited to personal care items and diffuser accessories. Additionally, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
