Jasmine may help increase intuitive powers and wisdom in addition to helping promote powerful, inspirational relationships. As a perfume or cologne, it increases feelings of attractiveness. It was also used in teas, perfumes, and incense. Jasmine is an oil that affects the emotions; it penetrates the deepest layers of the soul opening doors to our emotions. It produces a feeling of confidence, energy, euphoria, and optimism. Jasmine also helps to reduce anxiety, apathy, depression, relationships dilemmas, indifference, and listlessness. Body systems affected in a beneficial way include emotional balance and the hormones.

Mandarin – The name of the fruit is said to have originated from a group of Imperial Chinese officials called the mandarins, and was a traditional gift given to these officials. Mandarin affects the digestive system and skin and is refreshing, uplifting, revitalizing, appeasing, gentle, and promotes happiness. Mandarin is good for stress and irritability due to its sedative and slightly hypnotic properties. Mandarin is recommended for children, seniors and pregnant women because it is very gentle. It has been used in children’s remedies for indigestion and hiccoughs, and for the elderly to strengthen the digestive function and the liver. Body systems affected in a beneficial way include digestive and skin.

Spearmint may balance and increase metabolism, which may help burn up fats and toxins in the body. It may also aid the glandular, nervous, and respiratory systems. Spearmint has shown positive results for assisting with emotional balance, constipation, depression, headaches, migraines, and relaxation of stomach muscles. Menthol is anti-inflammatory, especially for the prostate and nerves, helps to soothe digestive difficulties, assists with headaches-migraines, bronchitis, asthma. Spearmint may also help arthritis, rheumatism, depression, fatigue, regenerate and support nerves and helps elevate and open sensory system, soothes and cools the skin. Menthol has a beneficial effect on the digestive system, muscles, bones, nervous system, respiratory systems and the skin.

Epsom Salt is also known as magnesium sulfate. It’s a chemical compound made up of magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen. It has an appearance similar to table salt and is often dissolved in baths, aka a “bath salt.” While it looks similar to table salt, its taste is quite bitter. Epsom salt is a naturally-occurring mineral that purportedly provides magnesium to your body and is often recommended by healthcare professionals as a remedy for muscle pain, inflammation, and stress. The benefits of Epsom salt are attributed to its magnesium. When Epsom salt is dissolved in water, it releases magnesium and sulfate ions. It is commonly claimed that Epsom salt helps reduce pain and swelling. In addition, reported health benefits include promoting sleep, stress reduction, helps with constipation, and may reduce muscle soreness and relieve cramps. Avoid using Epsom salt if you have skin infections, open wounds, severe burns, or severe skin inflammation.

Himalayan Salt is rich in mineral content. Mineral baths are a great way to relieve sore or cramped muscles, and baths make it easy for our bodies to absorb the magnesium and other trace minerals contained in the salt, which can fortify bones and connective tissue that may be contributing to soreness.

Baking Soda when added to the bath salts, not only softens the water, but it also assists with relieving tension and pain, promoting perspiration, boosting circulation, and encourages healing. Baking soda has cleansing and detoxifying properties that may help to purify your body and boost immunity when combined with Epsom salt and sea salt.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:2
